Thank you for using our church registration. This form will do all the math for you if you are using Excel. Make sure you fill in the cost of each camp, the discounts earned (as positive values), and the amount enclosed at time of registration. You must enclose at least the $50 registration fee for each camper you register. Each camper must arrive with a signed medical and permission form.
