TER is an nondenominational year
'round Christian sports and adventure camp located in southeastern
Montana.
We served over 1000
campers from many states in the
summer of 2007, and 90 of them received Christ as Savior. We are
a modified decentralized ACA accredited camp with one of
the most exciting programs in the country.
Our staff serves as home missionaries
raising their support while we provide housing, utilities and food for the
summer staff. We encourage each staff member to grow as the camp grows,
so we provide training and opportunities for advancement in each field.

Qualifications:
The individual must have a vital
relationship with Jesus Christ and a desire to share Him with others.
The
individual is in agreement with the
statement of faith,
standards of
conduct,
policies and philosophy of
Trail's End Ranch.
The individual is willing to
forego personal rights for the common good of the camp and/or campers.
The individual is flexible
and able to work with campers and other staff members with a Christ-like
servant attitude.
